Family Portrait Mini Session—With Pets!

I was overjoyed when Kyle and Karly reached out to me about this mini-session! I was so excited that they wanted to bring their dogs and incorporate them into the photo session. For so many of us--me included--our pets are part of our family! And what is the point of getting family photos if not all of your family members are included?

We shot this session early in the morning rather than in the afternoon, allowing us to take photos with the dogs off-leash, because of the lack of people at the park. We were also able to get photos off-leash because of how well trained these dogs were. They are so bright and so beautiful! They were so attentive to Kyle and Karly throughout the whole session and it was very clear they were very, very loved.

I loved how the photos turned out from this session and am so excited to share highlights from it. Hopefully they give you some inspiration for your upcoming pet photoshoot.
