Claybell Park Family Pictures | Richland Washington

Holiday’s are the PERFECT time to schedule family portraits. I got asked to do a session around the 4th of July when everyone was in town! It’s so important to schedule portraits, especially when there are new grandchildren who seem to grow up in an instant. I encourage clients and potential clients that whenever you get together, take photos! Hire a photographer—even for just a mini session. The next time you get together, you will be amazed at how much grandchildren have grown and how even yourself has changed. Even if you don’t have time to hire a photographer, document moments where family gets together to look back on. You never know what moments you wished you had captured.

We shot this family session at Claybell Park, which is tucked in a neighborhood. You could never tell that this was in a residential neighborhood from the photos. Some of the best photo locations are like this: hidden in plain site.
