This post is a throwback to a portrait session with Jakob at Badger Mountain in 2019.

Eastern Washington’s Winter Sagebrush

Not all of my portrait sessions are senior sessions. The last time Jakob had gotten a professional photo taken was his senior photos several years earlier, so he asked me if we could get some updated headshots. Since we were shooting in winter, we wanted to go to a location that could work with the winter fog. Badger Mountain has a lot of sagebrush that is super pretty in the wintertime, especially against the white clouds. We ended up doing a mini-session at Badger Mountain, which was the perfect amount of time to take some updated headshots. Here are some highlights from that day!
